So i switched to thenmenstrual cup mostly cuz it was way cheaper to just epmty the same cup than to go through an entire package of pads and tampons every month, but I've come across a weird problem. When i insert the cup and do a little wiggling to make sure its ok, I'll walk arpund and maybe 5 minutes later it feels like a bubble popped inside my vagina, pufd of air included. I use the fold method to insert... Is the bubble the cup expanding or??? Am I the obly one who experiences this and am i doing something wrong?
