12wks tomorrow and I’m losing my mind

Hi ladies. I need some support. I have my 12wk scan in 4 days and out of the blue last night I had this overwhelming feeling that something was wrong. I kept touching my stomach wondering why my belly isn’t bigger, and panicking that on the day of the appointment we’re going to hear bad news. I had 2 miscarriages last year one at 6wks and one at 4wks.

I wish I could shake this feeling but I can’t.

No bleeding, no cramping. I had all normal pregnancy symptoms up until now (tender breast’s, LOTS of nausea and vomiting).

Any support would be greatly appreciated. TIA💗
