If my pictures are on iCloud can I delete the ones on my phone to make more space? I’m guess I’m scared that if I delete it off my phone it’ll delete off iCloud.

If you need more space free after that is finished updating then you can set up iCloud Photo Library, just make sure you have enough iCloud space 😬👍

On some of my pictures it shows this annoying thing at the bottom like it needs to load and it doesn’t so my pictures are blurry.

You should check to make sure you have Optimize iPhone storage selected, it will do it for you by keeping a small version on your phone and the original in iCloud 👍
