Can sex change your period ?

My periods before sex have never been this bad. My flow wasn’t as heavy and hardly ever had cramps, and my moods were pretty stable. Ever since I lost my virginity to my current boyfriend, everything is worse. My bleeding is heavy and cramps are agonizing. Not to mention, our worst fights are always this time once a month. My emotions are out of control and I seem to always take it out on him. I feel like I’m 12 years old again adjusting to my period for the first time because these symptoms are so new. Can sex really change it or am I just becoming a Low key bitch😂
