I don't know what to do...

So on Feb 16th I had 5 days of spotting. Only 1 day did I need a pad and I felt horrible those days, it was light brown and would come and go. Fast forward to today, had sex this morning, wasn't rough or anything, actually felt like my cervix was pretty high too, now I'm spotting light pink. I don't know what to mark as a period....the one in February or today? I've taken multiple pregnancy tests and they have all been negative (sadly)
