Is 143/60 considered high? Not sure if I need to call my doctor.

Update: Little back story I had a doctors appointment last Wednesday and my BP was a little high and I have to go back next to see if it’s still high. My doctor said if I continue to have headaches or swelling or develop new symptoms to go to L&D or give him a call. I checked it again a couple hours later it was at 145/75. Thank you all for your advice and help! I’m just extremely nervous I might end up having preeclampsia!
