Did your family go on vacations when you were young and lived at home?

Not like aunt uncle grandma cousins (unless they also join with mom dad sister brother)

If we did a vacation it was just to visit family in another state.

Yes we went all over the country! I traveled with my parents and younger sisters until I was in college and not living with them. Smaller weekend trips afew hours away from home, bigger trips for spring break and in the summer. When I was very little it was to visit grandparents, but they passed on before my adolescence. We drove everywhere, only flying twice that I remember. We'd visit amusement parks and national parks mostly.

I went with my parents from birth until I was 13. We used to go to the beach every summer, but then my dad got laid off, and even after he got another job, we didn’t have the money to all go again.
