Relieving baby gas?

Question

My 3 week old daughter will just grunt and scream because she has to poop. She’s not constipated. Usually she poops well when she is relaxed. I’ve looked it up and know this is normal in infants because they just don’t know how to relax muscles to poop. How can I relieve the pain for her though?

I've noticed that giving a warm bath helps my daughter. She usually goes about 30 minutes after her bath.
