Got the skyla today and my god that shit hurt. I am currently passing a kidney stone which really sucks but I haven’t had such a bad cramp in my life. Which is saying a lot considering most periods I spend at home. I should have went with sedation but didn’t want to bother with it since I’ve been on so many painkillers lately. Really hope this stops my bleeding and helps me regulate my hormones better. Also she left the string super long and it’s poking me right at the opening edge of my vagina 😒 feeling a little traumatized but hoping it gets better.. ugh why can’t I opt out of a uterus?
