Eczema?

Is this eczema or just dry skin? She has rough patches on elbows and knees as well.

Looks like both honestly,. My baby broke out badly then when it cleared up she had really dry skin and eczema. I used aquaphor a lot throughout the day and her face is back to normal.

Looks like it. My son has the same on his cheeks and unfortunately it runs in my family. My doctor just said not to wash his face if it isn’t dirty and to put Vaseline on it.
