Allergy season!

Hey all! It’s spring and you know what that means, POLLEN. I have had severe allergies since I was 13 (27 now) and I have always taken Zyrtec. My husband recently bought me Zyrtec Liquid gels. Are those okay to take during pregnancy? It doesn’t have a decongestant (it only says antihistamine). If anyone has any experience with allergy medication, please let me know!
