Missed period

Cycle is 20 days late and still getting negative test...has anyone experienced this? Having some symptoms nausea, bloating, mood swings...I have also done research this happens if u have low hcg levels...my mom keeps telling me I'm pregnant 🤨😮 she didn't find out until she was 3 months with my sister...YES, I know everyone is different
