Ways to bring labor on?

Hey all.
Does anyone have any good ideas to bring on labor safely? I’m now 34 + 3 and will be induced at 35 + 2 but want to naturally bring it on not chemically. Any ideas? Please no judging or negative comments. X

Honestly I tried everything in the book with my first nothing worked but here’s what I tried 
Eat pineapple 
Bounce on yoga ball 
Walk walk walk walk 
Sex they say semen softens your cervix 
Membrane sweep if your doctor will do it for you 
Raspberry leaf tea 
Pumping

Dates theoretically at least help prepare the cervix.

If you want to exhaust all of your options before being induced via chemicals try talking to your doctor about a Foley catheter bulb. It helps you dialate and kickstart labor. Worked like a charm for my first kiddo who ended up being 13 days late.

I did caster oil BUT I was further along (like 37+) AND I was already dilated a little. At the time I asked my midwife and she was ok with it since I was 4 cm or something (I can’t quite remember). But I had to eat a good solid meal first. Then I walked a lot. 
34 is early. It’s still preemie stage. I know you may not be comfortable but I would wait. You really want to wait as long as you possibly can. 
My daughter was fine when she was born, the caster oil didn’t have and had side effects. BUT by her being a couple weeks early, her tummy was not quite ready and she had colic. Now THAT was hell! lol.

Find an acupuncturist who knows how to do this. It helps a lot and can be quite successful

I would ask your doctor. If you’re being induced, there is obviously a reason for it. I’d just hate for you to try things that could be contraindicated and end up causing other problems

At this early, nothin* you do will bring it on sadly. Your body just isn’t ready. Even being medically induced is going to be hard on your body as your body just isn’t ready. You’ll be okay. Like don’t be scared, but it’s just the reality. 
Of course, still no harm in exhausting your options. There’s been a lot suggested here already, but the ones that haven’t been are evening primrose oil capsules, and pumping around the clock. But read about that. Do some research. There’s a way to do it and not to do it.
