I wish I could say I’ve done this to myself. But I don’t think it was me.

My LO has been great. Sleeping in her own crib in her room since the day we brought her home. She naps in there she gets changed in there she sleeps in there. And has since day one. Yesterday and all the days before that have been fine. Last night she just decided to scream unless she was in my arms. So we had to sleep together on the couch because I don’t trust myself to not roll over in my bed with an infant on me. Her eyes were big last night like she was scared or something. Please help.
