Can being pregnant make it easier to lose weight with PCOS?

I ask because I’m almost 12 weeks and have lost about 3-4lb and I can’t say I’ve had severe morning sickness etc I’ve tried to eat healthy but quite a few of my meals haven’t been fantastic so we’ve eaten a few more takeaways than usual.

Every week I’m surprised to find my weight remaining fairly static - I know it will creep up at some point and I won’t get away with the takeaways much longer but I’m just curious if pregnancy relieves our symptoms a little.

My acne and excess hair are showing improvement too
