Naked dry hump pregnancy scared

A little background story about me, I’m a virgin and I recently started dating again. My boyfriend knows I don’t want to have sex yet and he’s fine with it. But whenever we hang out at my apartment we would always end up dry humping. Before we would have our some of our under garments on so I wasn’t paranoid. But for the last couple of times, we would take off everything.

I’m getting more paranoid of getting pregnant because I’m not on BC yet (going to the doctor soon). Our genitals do rub against each other’s but it doesn’t penetrate. What are the chances of me getting pregnant this way? He usually come afterward but on my stomach or something else. Then we would wipe it afterward so it’s not dripping to my vulva/vagina.

It’s really hard for me to keep track of my ovulation as well because my periods are irregular. I get them twice to three times a year.

Not sure how to stop feeling so paranoid. Any advice?
