Confused

I know the pill takes time to come out of your system, I’m came off on the 14th March. Then from the 16-19th I had ewcm so I guessed I was fertile. Anyway I got a bfn after the tww. Now the past couple of days I’ve had a lot of ewcm. Could I be fertile again? We’re baby dancing every time I notice it. I haven’t had a period yet. But for the past 10 days I’ve had sore nipples, extremely nauseous, fatigue, cramping in the pelvic area (nothing like period) help me out. What’s going on? Thank you!
