Period or implantation bleeding?

My periods arnt regular for the most part so its extremely hard for me to figure out tracking.. I was expecting my period to show up at any time and yesterday I began what I thought was my period but it’s very light than what my periods normally are...

I will wipe and it’s very light, i wipe again and it’s a a bit more but lighter than normal.. my periods have always been very painful the first day and heavy . I only have slight cramping and very light bleeding. Implantation bleeding or just a very light bleeding??
