I can’t completely make out what I’m looking at but that does look like it could be. I got an ultrasound at 13 weeks with my son and the tech said she couldn’t tell us yet what he was. But there was a definite “nub” like that between hisblegs and I told my husband that seemed like it was big enough or prominent enough to be a penis. It was! I realize it could have just been chance that I was right but looking at ultrasounds of girls at that point looked totally different. If that is between the legs then I’d guess boy like I did with my son.
