Anxiety is Hurting My Life
I have a history of anxiety and depression from a very young age. And lately, since shtf, I'm starting to panic whenever someone sends me a message, especially when it's unexpected.
My go-to is my partner because he's my best friend however there's too much going on that I'm becoming a burden.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to process it so I don't end up hurting him or anyone else with my anxiety?
