Hey guys! So I usually get the ovulation pain every month. Both of my ovaries were kind of going back and forth this month with pain, but it seemed more like my left ovary was the one I've ovulated from. I got my positive OPK two days ago.

My question is can lower back pain be a sign of ovulation? I cant say I've ever had it before. It felt a lot like AF cramps in my lower back, lasted maybe 20-30 minutes. Like I said, I always get the sharp ovary pain, but never had lower back pain with it.
