Feet swelling already!?

30 weeks and my feet are starting to swell already?! Does anyone else have this issue yet? My hands are fine, just my feet.

I’m 30 weeks as well and I haven’t noticed it in my feet but my ring is starting to leave a little indent on my finger so I think I’m fingers are swelling a bit

Mine started at 21 weeks. I had to take off my wedding ring then because it broke open my skin. I’ve been in compression socks the last few weeks and they’re amazing!

I’m almost 28 weeks and I definitely feel it some days worse than others. I try to elevate my legs in the evening (when I notice it most) but it’s usually my feet and legs.

Yes. My doctor always tells me to elevate above my heart, drink lots of water and watch my salt intake. Just look out for other symptoms such as vision changes, headaches, or if it doesn’t go down after periods of rest!

Oohhhh yeah. My feet start to swell up about 3/4 through the day, everyday. My ankle bones disappear in the evening 🤷🏼‍♀️
It started around 27 weeks for me. I just put my feet up in the evening and make a conscious effort to stay really hydrated. They’re usually back to normal in the morning.

Yep im having swollen feet and hands but my bp have been high so my doctor wants her out early and me on bed rest.
