Pregnancy Carpal Tunnel??

Help! My left wrist just started killing me & I don’t know what to do do make it better. Do any of y’all have it and how do you manage it?

A whole lot of icing. Sleep with your wrist elevated. Wear a brace, especially at night. Mine haven’t been too bad this pregnancy, but I had serious problems with repetitive strain injuries in the past.

I’ve had it horribly the last month. It pretty much wakes me up every morning and today I actually noticed it coming on at different times during the day 🙄 Didn’t have any muscle spasms or leg cramps either until this week.

I have had this for the past 4 weeks and it suuuucks. You can get wrist guards for carpal tunnel. My midwife told me that it will go away after you give birth but can take a couple weeks

I have it I’m going doctors tomorrow to get a wrist brace.

I don’t have it yet I did with my last pregnancy and I also worked with a hand surgeon and dealt with it often. Best thing to do is get a carpal tunnel brace and wear it at night. You can also get a cortisone injection into the wrist we did them all the time for pregnant women.. hope this helps some
