My almost three years old not sleeping....

Hey all! So my almost 3-year-old is not sleeping through the night can you believe it I don’t know what to do she whines and complains all night but she doesn’t want anything we go her off the milk at night a while ago and she has a pacifier but it’s in her mouth even though we’re trying to get half of that also any advice anybody else experiencing it ?
