Im soooo scared rn

Im 38 weeks and 3 days. I was checked last week and I was 3cm dilated. I have my appointment in about 5 hours but my baby just wouldn’t stop moving to the point that its really bothering me. Sometimes it would even hurt so baaaad. I don’t know if I’m near labor or I’m having fetal distress :(( its stressing me out so bad im having anxiety
