Anyone else suffer from TERRIBLE night sweats while breastfeeding? I’m still nursing my 21 month old on demand and still have really bad night sweats about once a week. At first I thought it was the whole hormone shift after giving birth, then it didn’t go away so I thought maybe hormones from nursing? I’ve ruled out what I wear/my blankets/room temperature etc. Last night they were so bad I had to change my pjs at 3 am and slept on top of my blankets because my sheets were so wet! It’s gross 😩
