Braxton Hicks?? 35 weeks.
My stomach has been feeling really tight on and off for about 3.5 hours. The first two hours I was at work and I sat down to rest but can’t lay down. I have drank probably 5 glasses of water and been laying on my left side for an hour and a half now. First pregnancy- I’m trying to time the tightening but sometimes it seems like it’s tight for 3-4 minutes? Is that normal? I’m having mild cramping in my lower abdomen that I wasn’t having earlier. It doesn’t seem to be intensifying...I just can’t tell if baby is pushing against my stomach hard or if these are actual Braxton Hicks. It feels rock hard from probably 4 inches left of my belly button all the way to my right side 6-7 inches past my belly button. And probably 3-4 inches above it as well. I had some mild cramping last night while I slept but otherwise I haven’t been having much. I don’t think my water has broken. I am 35 weeks today with one baby. How do I know if he’s just stretching out or if I need to call my doctor? There have definitely been more than 6 “tightenings” per hour with me resting
