What helped you conceive your first child??

I want to hear your stories on what helped you conceive your first?

No friggen clue! She was an accident! And now that I’m trying we are on month 7!

Ovulation tests so I knew when I was ovulating, preseed, and trying not to stress about it. The month I got pregnant, I wasnt so obsessed with documenting every little "symptom" I was having.

Definitely the Clearblue Advanced Ovulation kit... made it so easy, no guesswork. 
Relaxing. I know it’s easier said than done. I tracked BBT for a couple months but that kind of stressed me out at times. I would stop drinking coffee and alcohol during ovulation and TWW. I would symptom spot. So the month I got pregnant I decided to just live my life like normal... normal coffee intake (just stopped taking my preworkout), normal wine or beer at night, no BBT. I really think that helped, who knows why. 
Healthy habits. I was eating very healthy and continuing with my usual gym routine. 
I also drank the Herbal Remedies Pregnancy Tea...  which, who knows if that actually helped but I got pregnant the month I started drinking it. 
Oh and definitely have sex. That helps 😏 lol (in reality though I literally had sex ONE time because I was sick and my husband was gone for training for the rest of the month- it only takes once)

I was using OPK and BBT but was a little irregular and sometimes had positive OPK even tough i wasn’t ovulating.
The month we conceived, we BD every other day during most of my cycle instead of focusing on ovulation day.

Bought my husband a new shotgun... found out a month later we were expecting so now my mom says it's time to buy another🤣🤣
In reality I tracked and watched my BBT. We used pre-seed a couple times but I think the tracking was the biggest factor.

I was 17 and no being responsible lol and having sex every Friday or Saturday without Birth control or condoms lol. So that’s was that. 
But now it’s hard cuz we’re 23 now and trying for another baby and planing to get pregnant sis way harder then not planing lol
