Worried

Hey mommies so last night me and my husband had sexual intercourse it was kind of rough and lasted about 10 minutes I showered and everything thing went fine until the next morning I went to pee and when I wiped I had light blood on the paper and inside the toilet water. I freaked out but waited and it went way but I started cramping and had lower back pain so I went to pee again in the afternoon and had dark brown mucus in the toilet and every time I use the bathroom and wipe there’s that dark brown mucus on the paper and I’m still feeling that lower back pain... I called OB office and they said to relax that it may be normal because of the intercourse I had with my husband and to call back or go to the hospital if the blood turns red and is accompanied with pain or bad cramping. Has anyone experienced this and everything turned out okay? I’m just freaking out because it’s my 3rd pregnancy and with my other 2 nothing like this happened. Any input will be appreciated I’m currently 14 weeks a 1 day...
