Do y’all get cramps on Yalls 1st day that u start your period and then it goes away the other days

I’ve been lucky it’s 3 days hardly any cramps and it’s usually in the mornings 
But in turn I get major dysphoria

Usually more the day before, sometimes the first day too but that’s it.

I sometimes get mild before, but usually really bad the first day or two when I’m really heavy and clotting.

I’m a lucky one who never gets period cramps. The only cramps I got were poop cramps and they always went away after I used the bathroom 😂
