7 days late

So I am a week late for af so I decided to go buy a first response pregnancy test and take it. As soon as it came across and showed negative I went to wipe and then i had alot of light Brown discharge. Maybe I am getting ready to start idk. I have pcos and I have been off nexplanon a year now and been having af every month around the time glow predicts.
