I have a copper iud, so I expected period cramps to be worse, but the last 2 cycles my cramps were light and achy... just started a week before my period and lasted throughout.

This week, I’ve had 3 days where I was stuck in bed and unable to comfortably do anything in the afternoons, and my period isn’t due for another 4 days, and I just had very light pink blood.

Is this early period (which has never happened before) or implantation? I can share a pic of my glo calendar if it helps.
