Alternative pain relief for cramps.
My cramps are so bad that I’ve passed out. When I had a surgery and was on narcotics, I still had painful cramps. Birth control did nothing. I use painkillers, heating pads, hot baths with essential oils, bio freeze and a tens machine. None of my doctors think I have endo or pcos.
I’m so desperate for relief.
Have any of you had relief with something else?
Like cbd oil?
