Confused. I had my 1st period after a MC and have been testing since. I thought I ovulated this weekend and even had ovulation bleeding yesterday. But now I have increased EWCM. Did I not ovulate? Trust my CM or OPKs? Can someone ovulate twice?

You can’t ovulate twice. Once you ovulate progesterone starts and makes it impossible to ovulate again (although before it builds in some cases a second egg will be released quickly within 24 hours- this fraternal twins). It is not unusual that your body tries and then doesn’t ovulate, then tries again later.

Without BBt, you cant actually know  if you've ovulated,  as LH only tells you that your body is TRYING to. So some people will get a more than one LH surge before their body actually ovulates.

I’ve learned that testing same time of day makes a big difference, the one you have that’s darker is much earlier in the day than others and urine concentration can affect OPKs. I’d say keep testing but keep it same time of day every day- afternoons are typically what’s recommended
