I tested 9dpo and got a negative, but I’m two days late. Did I test to soon?

If you're 9dpo you are not 2 days late. If you're 2 days late that would give you a 7 day luteal phase and this would be a serious problem - a luteal phase defect and you would be having serious issues becoming pregnant without medical intervention.
How did you track ovulation?
The most common luteal phase is between 10-16 days

Yeah probably. I mean i have tested at 9dpo and got negative but the next day i tested and got a positive. So you should probably take a test tomorrow morning.
