Itchy bumps keep randomly appearing. Help

27w preg, and I keep getting random itchy bumps... 3 in diff places in my arm, one on my stomach, 2 on my thigh and now on the bottom of my foot. It hurts and it’s super itchy what do I do??? I have a doctors appt tomorrow but is this something serious?

I haven’t changed diet or soaps.
