Help..

I am almost 3 months postpartum. Struggling with looking at myself at all let alone trying to do anything in the bedroom with my SO. And it's taking a tole on my relationship.. My picture is below... I need to get rid of the stomach the most. So... Any advice on eating habits or exercise plans. I'm all ears. Please.
