Blood tests

So my NP did a blood pregnancy test today since I’ve been having extreme nausea and I’m 9 days from my next period. How accurate can they be?? And is that still too soon to get a accurate test even with it being a blood test??? Had 2 miscarriages recently and really hoping this one might stick
