Should I time my contractions?
I'm 37w2d today and I've been having very mild contractions all day. It's my first time getting them. They are not painful at all but they are frequent. Should I be timing them? Should they be strong/painful for it to mean labour? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm a FTM and clueless 😅
