Is this normal!? TMI

I had my March baby early February 15 and bled for like 3 weeks and then I bleed again March 19-24 which I thought was my regular period. This pass Sunday I started bleeding again very heavy I have to change my pad like every 20 minutes and every time I go to the restroom I’m passing clots literally every time some bigger than the one in the picture. And I’m constantly messing up my panties. I went to the emergency room and they told me it’s my regular cycle but I just know it’s not I never bled like this and passed clots on my period. Anyone ever experience this?
