12 week scan abdominal?

I have a 12 week scan tomorrow, it most likely will be abdominal right? 
Also- empty bladder or full bladder to get best pictures?? I’ve seen so much back and forth about this and idk what to do!

Abdominal and I was always made to empty my bladder for ultrasounds 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m 27 weeks now and never needed a full one. Go with a full one and just ask if you can use the restroom or if you should wait until after.

My tech asks me to drink a litre of water an hour before the appt and hold it. They get you to you empty your bladder if they need you to.

Abdominal. I had to empty my bladder. She couldn't see all the things she wanted because it was in the way 🤷🏻‍♀️

You just follow the directions they give you. They’ll tell you whether or not they want you to have a full bladder.

I had an ultrasound at 11 weeks 5 days and it was vaginal (at my doctor’s office)... and I would definitely have a full bladder, they will make you pee if they need to.
