5w, yellow discharge, opinions?

Im 5w, having this watery (sometimes milky) yellow discharge every time I wipe.
Should I worry?

Answer

From the pic it looks pretty normal but if it is really yellow and it’s happening regular it’s best to get checked could be an infection.
