Tips on letting boys hair grow out?

🤍

He’s 2 1/2 and is adamant he “loves his hair” and “wants to keep it all”. Loves brushing it and putting into “ponies”.

Lol. So, I want to make sure he has it how he wants it even from a young age. I think it’s extremely important for them to have a say in that even if they’re little. They don’t have much control over themselves and I think it’s awesome to work around this.

Any tips on having his hair grow out? I’ve never let it go past this picture and really am lost on how to manage a boy’s hair if it’s long besides a clip or ponytail. It’s always in his eyes but isn’t long enough to fully go into, and stay in, a bun or anything else. Cute style ideas? Anything? 😅
