Constipation

So my daughter struggles so much with constipation. Cherries usually help her so much, but I've called and gone to every store and nobody has them because they aren't in season.

I want to prevent her from crying while she poops, it breaks my heart to see her like this.

I'm buying apple and pear juice later, prunes.

Any suggestions? Some natural remedies would be preferred.

We have her 18 months appointment on Friday so I'm going to being this up with her pediatrician. Last time she told us to just work with her diet, but it's gotten worse as time goes by.

Any advice would be very helpful.
