Transitioning to 2 naps
Anyone else struggling with the transition to 2 naps? I can’t get my son (almost 8 months) to do it consistently for even 3 says. It’s like he does it for 2 days and then it’s back to 3 naps because he only sleeps 30 minutes. He shows all the signs of being ready for 2 naps though.
Any tips? Or what awake times are you using with just a 2 naps schedule?
