How late did you get your positive?

I want to make sure I ask this right. I’m curious to know how late you got your VFP/BFP. I know it can happen as early as 6 or 7 DPO. No offense, but I don’t want to hear from you lucky ladies!!  I want to hear from the people who got BFN’s until like, 11DPO then BAM! Did you test on day 9 and get a BFN only to find a BFP on day 12? Let me know!

It’s actually not possible to get a positive test as early as 6-7dpo, but it is possible to have implantation that early :) in fact, that’s the earliest implantation can happen. Any earlier would likely result in an ectopic pregnancy.
The vast majority of women (around 80%) experience implantation between 8-10dpo, and since it takes 2-4 days after implantation for hcg to increase enough to be detected on a home pregnancy test, the most common time to get a positive is between 10-12dpo or later.
It’s possible for implantation to take as long as 12dpo, which means not getting a positive until 14-16dpo. I was 15dpo when I got my positive.

I got a bfn on 9 and 10dpo, then I was sceptical about taking another at 11dpo, but so glad I did because I got my bfp! I was for sure I was out! This was my test at 11dpo.. Good luck!

Believe it or not i got allllll BFN with my daughter until 20dpo & 8 days late. Ttc #2... 13dpo. Tests negative yesterday. Period due in 2 days. Good luck hun!☺
