Tiny red dots on breast?

I just started breastfeeding my son a few days ago and every since I’ve been getting these tiny bumps! I exclusively pumped for 13 days tell he was able to eat and was making 6 ounces a session. What are these?

I think they are little blemishes. I have a few, I think they are from the added dirt and milk and such sitting on them. You can try cleaning with mild soap and warm water after eat feeding. See if it helps.
