Diarrhea in third trimester

I’ve had diarrhea for the last 2 and a half weeks.l with no other symptoms. I went to my ob who recommended I go to my normal doctor so I did. We are waiting on blood work to come back and I might have to do a stool sample. In the mean time has anyone had this and know any ways to kind of curb it or know any safe over the counter medication to take for it?
