First time IVF first FET. I didnt get a trigger shot. That's normal right?

I've never for a frozen transfer. Have only had triggers for fresh transfers

I have never had a trigger before an FET. (1 bfn, 1 bfp) Third FET in a few weeks and no trigger still.

I guess I'm in the minority because I will have a trigger shot for mine! It's so interesting how different protocols are between doctors!!

Nope, no trigger. I actually did not ovulate the month of my fet, which is normal. It’s also the reason you need progesterone at least through week 8

I didn't have one for my FET. I actually had to have a cetrotide injection to stop ovulation until I started my progestone. My nurse said it's fine to ovulate after you have progesterone.
