Negative or positive ovulation strip test?

It’s only been 3 days after the last day of my period but I’m not so regular like the past couple months have I would get my period every other month. But since January- March I’ve been getting my period regular monthly. Is this positive but glow says I don’t ovulate until next week?

Positive the lh test is more sensitive then the glow app, you will ovulate in two days x

Hey the same for me..glow says im ovulated next week but i think i ovulated yesterday🤦🏽‍♀️ and i am only cd 11 today
